ARTIST SERVICES

Every artist has unique needs, life situations and experiences. We are able to customize support solutions that evolve with their changing needs. Some of our tasks include merch reporting, managing communications, promotions, keeping an open task list, social media, and scheduling. By working freelance-style under an artist's brand, our show hosts have the unique experience of working directly with the artist's internal team.  That helps the hosts to get the help they need sooner, and works to build and establish the relationships needed to strengthen the artist's core audience. 

Bringing all the moving pieces together to create the right atmosphere, sound, and energy is the joy in our work.  We provide full service artist tour management and show advancing services.   Once a show is booked, we work directly with the host to guide them in all the details of hosting a show, and covering of the hospitality and technical needs of the artists.  We take extra care with new hosts to make sure they understand each step, and have the support they need. We also provide the artist or band with detailed day sheets, reservations, and itineraries.  Nobody misses a beat!
